We are open from 8am – 10pm, Sunday – Friday, and 6:30pm on Saturday. Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Orders placed after 4pm will have to wait until the following business day to pickup their order.
How can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately, after an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us and we will do our BEST to see if it can be adjusted. Even if you reach out immediately after placing the order, there is no guarantee that it can be changed, BUT we will try!
My order was marked as delivered, but has not been received.
Los Angeles Apparel insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is marked as delivered. Once marked as delivered, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Orders successfully marked as delivered may not be refunded.
Please contact us within 3 business days of indicated delivery so that we may review the appropriate solution.
